Our specialist fitters, trained in post-surgery care, are here to offer personalised support - helping you explore the prosthesis options available and find the style that’s right for you. They’ll guide you clearly through your choices so you can decide what feels right, with no pressure—your comfort always comes first.

Full aftercare advice is provided during the consultation, as well as an aftercare guide to take home.

For hygiene and patient safety reasons, breast forms cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect. For details of our full returns policy please contact the customer service team at Browns on 01822 610292, or email customerservice@morehairnow.com.

Referral process

You’ll be referred for an appointment with a Browns specialist fitter. Appointments can only be booked with a direct referral from the care team at The Royal Marsden.

Your referral entitles you to £200 towards the cost of a prosthesis.

If you have any questions regarding your referral, please contact your care team or the Therapies Reception on 020 7808 2759.
If you are not eligible for NHS-funded care, we are still happy to welcome you for a fitting. In this case, appointments and products will be provided on a private,
self-funded basis.
