As an approved supplier to The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, Browns offer a compassionate, confidential wig fitting service.

What to expect

We provide a private, welcoming space for your fitting with a wide choice of natural-looking wigs in different styles, lengths and colours.
Each appointment is taken at your pace, with expert guidance from a Browns wig fitter on caring for, styling and wearing your wig comfortably, as well as full aftercare advice and an aftercare guide to take-home.
For hygiene and patient safety reasons, NHS-supplied wigs cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect. For details of our full returns policy please contact our customer service team on 01822 610292, or email customerservice@morehairnow.com.

Referral process

Wigs are available for inpatients and outpatients. You’ll be referred for an appointment with a Browns specialist wig fitter. Appointments can only be booked with a direct referral from the care team at The Royal Marsden.
Your referral entitles you to £200 towards the cost of a wig. If you choose a style above this amount, you can simply pay the difference.
If you have any questions regarding your referral please contact your care team or the Therapies Reception on 020 7808 2759.

If you are not eligible for NHS-funded care, we are still happy to welcome you for a fitting. In this case, appointments and products will be provided on a private, self-funded basis.
